NEW PATROL COMPANY
Courtesy Patrol is now the Association’s patrol company as of November 11, 2022. Please contact Courtesy Patrol if you observe a rule violation or other urgent patrol matter at the pool or park facilities. Dispatch may be reached 24 hours a day at (714) 669-2736, and the on-site guard may be reached between the hours of 4:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. at (714) 866-8019. Please keep in mind that any criminal matters or concerns need to be reported to Irvine P.D. that you see are taking place in the streets or at a home.
New Organic Recycling Containers at Parks & Pools
Due to state regulations, Woodbury must provide containers for organic waste in all areas where disposal containers are provided. As a result you will begin to see new organic waste containers at all park and pool areas. Please click on the “READ MORE” tab at the end of this article to view information from Waste Management showing what materials are acceptable to put in the new organic waste containers. Resort BBQ Area Reservations – Now Available!
Reserving the BBQ area includes the following: BBQ, Pizza Oven, Bar/Countertop seating with 5 chairs, and the 2 high top square tables and 8 chairs. All pool rules still apply during reservation and must be followed, including the 6 guests per household limit. Reservations are for two-hour blocks, which includes time for set up and clean up. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. All reservations must be done through the TennisBookings website that the Association uses for sport court reservations. Update on Organic Product Use – 9/15/22
As of September 15, 2022, Park West will only be using organic products in areas maintained by Woodbury. Please keep in mind that most of the sub-associations (condos/detached condos) do not use organic products in the areas that they maintain.
New Real Estate Sign Design Guidelines
When listing your home for sale or lease, please familiarize yourself and your listing agent with the new Woodbury Real Estate Sign Regulations. Only Woodbury approved signs are allowed to be placed in the community. If there are any unauthorized open house signs placed inside the community, they will be taken down by our security and placed at the Woodbury office for pick up. Residents that do not have the correct For Sale or For Lease sign will be contacted by Managent staff to have them removed and replaced with the correct Woodbury approved signs. New Paint Schemes for Single Family Homes
Over the last few months, Management has been working with a representative from Dunn Edwards Paints in developing approved color schemes that single family homeowners can use. We’ve created a new Architectural tab on the website to make it easier to navigate through the architectural process. On that page, you will find the new paint schemes for the Single Family Homes.
Activities Room is now open!
Last year the Activities Room located at 108 Lamplighter was remodeled and is now open for residents to use daily between 9 am – 5 pm. The room features a ping pong table, foosball, board games, TV’s and plenty of sitting areas. Hope to see you soon!

Replacement Mailbox Keys – Single Family Homes
If you lose your mailbox keys and you’re in a single family home, you will need to contact the United States Postal Service on 1 League in Irvine. The cost for a replacement lock is $50.00 and it will take 2-3 days to go through the whole process. You will fill out a form at the USPS, present a photo ID, and a current utility bill. If you have any questions, you can call the post office at (714) 368-3374.

We know you’re busy, so we’re bringing a car wash service to Woodbury. We’ve partnered with Private Car Wash Service to bring their onsite car wash service right to you. Leash Required – Irvine Municipal Code
Sec. 4-5-701. – Leash required. No person owning or having charge, care or custody of any dog shall cause, fail to curb, or allow the same to run at large upon any highway, street, alley, sidewalk, schoolyard, common area, trail, open space or other public place, or upon any private property or premises other than his or her own without written consent of the owner or leasee of such land, unless such dog is restrained by a substantial leash, not to exceed six feet in length, and in the charge of a person competent to restrain such dog. This section does not apply to an approved dog park where it is authorized to run your dog(s) off leash, nor does it apply to those situations enumerated under Section 4-5-707 of this chapter.
