We are excited to announce that Casino Night wristbands go on sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, January 27th at the Recreation Office at 108 Lamplighter! Wristbands are $10.00 each and can be paid for by check, cash or card. There is a max of two 21+ adults per household that may purchase a wristband for this event. Beginning Wednesday, January 18th, The Arbor Group will start on the Winter 2023 tree trimming which will run into early February. A digital work order link has been shared which shows the daily production of which trees have been trimmed, what remains as well as before and after photos. Our Tennis Bookings website is going out of business in a few weeks, therefore, we are making the move to YourCourts. Courtesy Patrol is now the Association’s patrol company as of November 11, 2022. Please contact Courtesy Patrol if you observe a rule violation or other urgent patrol matter at the pool or park facilities. Dispatch may be reached 24 hours a day at (714) 669-2736, and the on-site guard may be reached between the hours of 4:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. at (714) 866-8019. Please keep in mind that any criminal matters or concerns need to be reported to Irvine P.D. that you see are taking place in the streets or at a home.
Due to state regulations, Woodbury must provide containers for organic waste in all areas where disposal containers are provided. As a result you will begin to see new organic waste containers at all park and pool areas. Reserving the BBQ area includes the following: BBQ, Pizza Oven, Bar/Countertop seating with 5 chairs, and the 2 high top square tables and 8 chairs. All pool rules still apply during reservation and must be followed, including the 6 guests per household limit. Reservations are for two-hour blocks, which includes time for set up and clean up. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. All reservations must be done through the TennisBookings website that the Association uses for sport court reservations. As of September 15, 2022, Park West will only be using organic products in areas maintained by Woodbury. Please keep in mind that most of the sub-associations (condos/detached condos) do not use organic products in the areas that they maintain.
When listing your home for sale or lease, please familiarize yourself and your listing agent with the new Woodbury Real Estate Sign Regulations. Only Woodbury approved signs are allowed to be placed in the community. If there are any unauthorized open house signs placed inside the community, they will be taken down by our security and placed at the Woodbury office for pick up. Residents that do not have the correct For Sale or For Lease sign will be contacted by Managent staff to have them removed and replaced with the correct Woodbury approved signs. Over the last few months, Management has been working with a representative from Dunn Edwards Paints in developing approved color schemes that single family homeowners can use. We’ve created a new Architectural tab on the website to make it easier to navigate through the architectural process. On that page, you will find the new paint schemes for the Single Family Homes.
Last year the Activities Room located at 108 Lamplighter was remodeled and is now open for residents to use daily between 9 am – 5 pm. The room features a ping pong table, foosball, board games, TV’s and plenty of sitting areas. Hope to see you soon!
