The pool furniture has been placed back out at the pool areas in pods as of Saturday, April 17th. They have been strategically placed in specific areas of the pool in order to allow for social distancing. We ask that residents DO NOT move the pool furniture from their areas. The pods consist of 3-4 lounge chairs, one small table, and one umbrella as seen below.
4/9/21: We will start accepting facility and park rental reservations beginning Monday, April 12th for the months of May – December 2021. The Woodbury Clubroom & Courtyard and parks are now available for reservations. All applications, fees and deposit, and insurance must be submitted to the Woodbury office at 108 Lamplighter. Rentals are first come first serve. We will not hold any dates unless we have the application, check with the fees and deposit, copy of a photo ID, and a current utility bill submitted to our office. Few Important Things to Consider: Max of 40 people for the Courtyard only and Courtyard only with Kitchen. Max of 75 people for the Clubroom & Courtyard. Resident will have access to the facility from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Sundays-Thursdays, and from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Fridays/Saturdays. (NO
04/09/21: Please always wear your face mask/covering when entering and exiting the pool areas or using the restroom. At this time, reservations are not required at any of the pools. There are no longer quadrants at any of the pools. Residents should be respectful of the sentiments of neighbors relating to social distancing. Beginning Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, reservations will be required at the Lagoon and Resort pools. Please check back next month for reservation information. The Satellite pools (Cypress Square, Date Palm Square, Peppertree Square, Promenade Square) will not require a reservation at any time. 4/8/2021: Please see the attached letter the City sent to immediate surrounding neighbors of Terrace Garden Park and the Recreation Center on April 5, 2021. The letter identified two pending projects the Board of Directors is interested in doing this year.

If you lose your mailbox keys and you’re in a single family home, you will need to contact the United States Postal Service on 1 League in Irvine. The cost for a replacement lock is $50.00 and it will take 2-3 days to go through the whole process. You will fill out a form at the USPS, present a photo ID, and a current utility bill. 1/21/21: AppointmentPlus will no longer be used as of Monday, February 1st! Starting February 1st, we will be moving to TennisBookings for all court reservations. Over the past two weeks, we have continued to have technical issues with the AppointmentPlus reservation system and have not had the support we needed from them to have those issues resolved. Bookly was also another reservation system that gave us no support as well. Starting Friday, January 22nd, you will need to create a new account through the new system and then you can begin booking reservations starting February 1st. When you create an account, in the KEY CARD # space, you will enter in the last five digits of your key card number. Please fill out all blank spaces when creating your new account. ATTENTION! The Board Meetings for Woodbury cycle will change starting in September 2017. The new cycle for the meetings will be the fourth (4th) Thursday of each month at 4:30 p.m.
Due to the increase in mailbox theft in the single-family homes that have the curbside mailboxes, the Board of Directors approved to have cluster mailbox units installed. Certain streets have already been completed and the rest of the single-family homes will be done in phases. Please keep an eye out for a letter from the Association that will indicate when you can pick up your new mailbox keys. Please note that the post office representative took into consideration the location of where the cluster units will be installed by making sure none were in front of any homes. Please keep in mind that if the boxes are not right by your house, that the reason the boxes are the way they are is to keep streets together. As of Tuesday, September 29th, all Woodbury playgrounds are open. Please read the attached flyer from the CDPH on steps to keep playgrounds safe, open and fun. Visitors to outdoor community playgrounds must comply with the following requirements: 1. Face masks over the mouth and nose are required for everyone 2 years of age or older with caregiver supervision at all times to ensure face mask use 2. Do not use the playground when different households are unable to maintain a physical distance of 6 feet or when the capacity limit of [number of children and number of adults] has been reached 3. Caregivers must monitor to keep adults and children from different households at least 6 feet apart 4. Consider coming on different times or days to avoid wait times and potential crowded times 5. NEW PARKING RULES – EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1, 2020: At the September 24, 2020 Board meeting the Board of Directors voted to approve the proposed parking rules in which the definition of a commercial vehicle was added. Please be advised that the parking rules are only enforced by the HOA on our private streets that are highlighted on the attached map. All other streets belong to and are the responsibility of the City of Irvine.

The Woodbury Community Association is excited to announce the installation of a new and improved access system to the community pools and facilities at Woodbury. With the new technology, the Board of Directors have approved changing from our current key fob to a photo ID card/badge credential to access all of Woodbury’s amenities, including all pools areas and tennis/basketball courts. Over the next few weeks we will begin changing resident key fobs over to the new Facility Key Identification Photo Card. Please know that the old fobs are deactivated and will no longer access the community amenities. It is important that you bring your fobs to the Association to change for the new facility ID cards during the upcoming scheduled dates.
