In accordance with California Civil Code section 4360(a), the Board of Directors hereby provides owners with a minimum of twenty-eight (28) days’ notice of a proposed change to the Woodbury Community Association’s Election Rules.  The revision incorporates new law regarding the use of electronic voting if an Association wishes to use that method. The proposed and current Election Rules can be found in the Homeowner Portal, Documents section in the “Proposed Rule Change” folder, for your review.
