Reserving the BBQ area includes the following: BBQ, Pizza Oven, Bar/Countertop seating with 5 chairs, and the 2 high top square tables and 8 chairs. All pool rules still apply during reservation and must be followed, including the 6 guests per household limit. Reservations are for two-hour blocks, which includes time for set up and clean up. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.

All reservations must be done through the TennisBookings website that the Association uses for sport court reservations. Please visit this website to get started: woodburyca.tennisbookings.com.

Residents can use their current TennisBookings account to make these reservations. You will need to make a new account if you don’t already have an account.

You should see the Woodbury logo on the top left of the page, and that is how you know you’re in the right place.

Residents should also be able to view and cancel their reservations. We ask that you take advantage of this feature and cancel a reservation once you know you will not be able to make your reservation time.

If the BBQ area is not reserved and you would like to use it, please note you must only use it for a 2-hour period.
