In accordance with California Civil Code section 4360(a), the Board of Directors hereby provides owners with a minimum of twenty-eight (28) days’ notice of a proposed changes to the Woodbury Community Association’s Violation Enforcement Policy.  The proposed changes can be found in the Homeowner Portal, Documents section in the “Proposed Rule Change” folder, for your review.
