Join Kindred Spirit Yoga for a gentle yoga class series.  Learn breath work and meditation techniques to promote relaxation. 

When: Wednesdays - September 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, & 29th.  

Time: 3:30 p.m. for 60-70 minutes

Where: Woodbury Clubroom

Cost: $10 per class
