Your Community – Landscape Treatment Map

The Board of Directors would like to make all Woodbury residents aware of the pesticide use and the locations within the community by our landscape company, Park West. The new map illustrates the areas that are pesticide free and that organic products are used when needed. The organic fertilizer will be applied four times throughout the year. These areas are identified in green. Areas that are color coded pink will only have pesticides used as needed and notifications will be posted on the website and bulletin board in advance of any localized, landscape treatment. The Board is conscientious of the community concerns and have made a level of commitment to enhance the level of service and products used at no current increase to homeowners. For questions, please contact the General Manager, Karen Thompson at (949) 451-1654. LANDSCAPE TREATMENT MAP

Installation of New Intersection Control

The following is information provided by the City of Irvine Public Works Department: “The City of Irvine has received citizen concerns regarding the need for additional traffic control measures within your community. Based off our City staff’s field review and analysis of your community concerns, we have determined the need to install additional traffic control measures on Vintage and Great Lawn to provide additional visibility for the pedestrians and bicyclists whom cross this intersection. Additional signs and crosswalk markings will be installed in the next few weeks. As a reminder to the community, please drive, ride and walk carefully. The City’s “Neighborhood Traffic Safety Tips” is attached for your use. If you have any further concerns then please contact Tran Tran, P.E., Senior Transportation Engineer at (949) 724-6378 or ttran@cityofirvine.org.”
